Ike Inachu Takyubu

STORY

This is a gag cartoon with a focus on the men table tennis club of ‘Inachu’, Inatoyo Junior High School.
Maeno who likes indecent and meaningless things, is one of the main characters and he only quibbles dough, and is a problem boy.
Izawa is the best friend of Maeno, and is also a perverse.
He always hung out with Maeno and shows unprecedented personality, but he also has common sense aspect sometimes.
Tanaka seems small and pretty at the first time, but is also a perverse.
He goes his own way and shocks around by his odd behavior.
Tanabe is half, who has kind personality, but nobody can expect what will happen once he gets mad.
Despite that he extremely smells, nobody can tell him it because they are scared.
Including the captain Takeda and sub captain Kinoshita, the table tennis club’s daily life is comically drawn in this cartoon.

This is one of the best 10 gag cartoons that have ever built in this age.
Others are ‘Obocchama-kun,’ the super rich boy, and ‘Sugoiyo! Masaru-san,’ a monumental work of surreal cartoon, and so on.
Will introduce you them someday.
Centering on the table tennis club at Toyonaka junior high school, the story of Inachu goes with the unconventional gags.
Definitely, you laugh about it without notice.
While there were too many dirty jokes, drawing and the gags awake from the middle.
Especially the female characters are cute, while the ugly ones are thoroughly ugly.
My favorite story is ‘Play Woman’ that are likely to exist in the real world, and that’s why it make me laugh.
That is that Maeno and Izawa feel strange to ugly women who learn self-defense tactics.
But I won’t explain about it because it is fool to explain a gag cartoon by sentences.
Anyways, you can read the comics many times.
Regardless that I remember the story of the comics, that still makes me laugh when I think of it, and I repeatedly pull them out from the shelf for the laugh.

行け！稲中卓球部

STORY

稲豊市立稲豊中学校、通称「稲中」の男子卓球部を中心としたギャグマンガである。
下品なこと、無意味なことが大好きな前野。屁理屈ばかりこねて、周囲を困らせる問題児、作中の騒動の中心的人物。
前野の親友であり、同じく「変態」である井沢。前野と行動を共にし、破天荒っぷりを発揮するものの、常識的な一面を見せることも。
小柄で一見かわいく見えるが、やっぱり「変態」である田中。我が道を行く、型破りな行動は周囲に衝撃を与える。
ハーフで心優しい性格ながら、キレると何をしでかすかわからない田辺。極度のワキガであるが、傷つきやすい性格のため、誰も口にできないでいる。
そしてツッコミ役の、部長竹田と、副部長木下を加えた6人の学園生活を、コミカルに描いた青春ギャグマンガである。

時代を築いたギャグマンガ10傑のひとつである。ちなみに他の豪傑は、超大金持ち御曹司マンガの「おぼっちゃまくん」や、シュールマンガの金字塔である「すごいよ!!マサルさん」などである。いずれ紹介したい。
「稲中卓球部」は稲豊市立稲豊中学校の卓球部員を中心としたお話で、型破りなギャグに思わず笑ってしまうという言葉がよく似合う。
序盤は若干シモネタによる笑いが多めであったが、中盤から画力とネタが覚醒する。
特に女性が可愛く、また不細工な女性はトコトン不細工（上手な不細工）なんである。
お気に入りの回は、現実的にありそうな設定が妙に笑いを誘う「不美人」。
護身術を習っている不細工な女性に、前野と井沢が違和感を持つという話しなんだけど、ギャグマンガの内容を文章で伝えることは無謀なので割愛。
とにかく何度も読めるマンガで、話をある程度覚えているにも関わらずニタニタしてしまい、そのニタニタを求めて何度何度もも本棚からひっこぬくことになる。

舞姫 テレプシコーラ

STORY

母親の営むバレエ教室で、小学校5年生の篠原六花（ゆき）と1つ上の姉千花（ちか）はバレエを習っている。
のんびりした性格の六花は、練習不足のためか足が180度に開かなかったのだが、母と共に行った病院で股関節の異常が原因だったことを知る。
優秀な姉と比べられながらも自分のペースでバレエに向かい合ってきた六花だったが、身体的欠陥を知らされ、バレエを止めることを決心する。
そんな時、同じくバレエをやっている六花の同級生空美は、父の借金のためバレエを続けることができなくなっていた。
空美はレッスン場をタダで貸して欲しいと六花に頼み、六花は無料体験の日ならばと返事を返す。
初めて見た空美の踊る姿は大変素晴らしく、姉の千花さえライバル視するもので、次第にバレエへの気持ちを取り戻していく。
再び踊り始めた六花、素晴らしいデビューを飾った千花、順調と思われた篠原家であったが、千花は舞台上のアクシデントで大怪我を負うことになる。
2人は果たして一流のプロダンサーになることができるのか？
プロの高みという1つの道を進む少女達の成長、そして苦悩を描く。

いわゆる昔の少女漫画風の絵であり、少年・青年マンガばかり読んできた人には敷居が高いかもしれないが、絵だけで判断せずにまずは数巻読んでほしい。
主人公六花（ゆか）と姉の千花（ちか）のプロダンサーを目指す物語である。
いきなりネタばれから始めると、姉の千花が自殺してしまうのだが、自殺までの読み手を不安にさせる展開が、とにかく心を揺さぶる。
大きな大会で優勝し、将来を期待されるダンサーであるという状況、優秀すぎるための同年代からの妬みやイジメ、そして膝の怪我。
手術とリハビリを繰り返し、最後の望みをかけた靭帯生体移植手術は成功したものの、千花の膝はホンの少しだけ曲がらなくなってしまう。苦悩、絶望、そして自殺へと・・・。
ページをめくるごとにつきまとう不安が、心をしめつけ自分を勝手にあやつり、千花の死の１ページを開いた時には涙がこぼれてしまった。
お薦めしたい漫画であるが、本棚に置いとくだけで悲しくなってしまいそう。

Maihime Terepsikola

STORY

Yuki Shinohara, 5th grade at elementary school, and Chika, one year older sister, learn ballet at their mother’s ballet school.
Yuki goes at her pace.
One day, she can’t open her legs wide enough, 180 degree, and she doubts it might be because of lack of practice, but she and her mother find that that is because of abnormal hip joint at the hospital.
Then she decides to quit learning ballet.
At that time, Yuki’s classmate, Sorami, faces the realty that she can no longer to continue the ballet for the debts of his father.
Sorami asks Yuki to borrow the lesson room free, and Yuki answers “OK” when it is free trail day.
Sorami’s dance is quite attractive and that is even her sister regards Sorami rival, so that gradually lets Yuki get the passion back for ballet again.
Then Yuki begins to dance again, and Chika greatly debuts.
Despite well coming Shinohara family, Chika gets serious injury in an accident on stage.
Will they be first-class professional dancers?
It is written the growth and distress of the girls who go the way for professional ballet dancers.

COMMENT by Shun

This is a typical old fashioned girl’s cartoon, so it might be a little bit higher thresholds for guys who have been reading only boy’s cartoons, but please read some once without judging it by the drawing.
Story is that Yuka and her sister are seeking the way to be a professional dancer.
Starting with spoilers suddenly, Chika commits suicide in the story.
And the development that stirs up readers moves me a lot.
She has various distresses that come from the fact of winning a big tournament and expectation from surroundings, jealousy and bullying from the same age because she is too good, and the injury of knees.
She repeatedly receives surgery and rehabilitation, and regardless that biological ligament transplant surgery succeeded, her knees can’t bend as used to doing.
That brings her anguish and despair, and finally leads her to suicide.
The stalking fear when turning each page tightens my heart and manipulates me and it made my eyes spill tears when I open the page that Chika dies.
Although I want to recommend the comics, it makes me sad by only leaving them at the bookshelf.

殺し屋1

STORY

究極のドＭである安生組の若頭垣原は、失踪した安生組長が、新宿歌舞伎町のハグレ者グループに殺されたことを知り、ハグレ者グループを捜索し、徐々に追い詰めていく。
ハグレ者グループの一員である気弱な主人公イチは、グループのリーダーである「ジジイ」に洗脳されており、普段は弱虫であるが武装スーツに身を包んだら最後、殺戮マシーンへと変貌を遂げ、垣原からの刺客を返り討ちにしていく。
身の内に強いサディスティック性を秘めたイチと、イチに命を狙われる事に喜びを感じる極度のマゾヒストである垣原との対決を中心に、安生組とハグレ者グループの抗争を描く。

COMMENT by Shun

ストーリー的には破門になった半端もののヤクザと本筋のヤクザの抗争であるが、それはただのおまけである。
度の過ぎた暴力表現や、異質な性癖表現が「殺し屋1」の本質である。
例えば暴力表現ならば、血や臓物の乱舞など軽いほうで、素手のみで腕を引きちぎったり、○○○を二股に切断したりと、エグさが際立つ。
人を殺すことで性的興奮を感じる主人公イチ、拷問をするのも受けるのも好む垣原の絡みに注目したい。
随所に目をそらしたくなるようなシーンが散りばめられているのだが、見たくないけど見たいという言葉がぴったりで、
ついついページをめくってしまう、中毒性があるのである。
これを書きながら小生は、香辛料理を「辛い、辛い！」と言いつつ完食してしまうそれを思い出した。

Ichi, the killer

STORY

The mad masochist Kakihara, the chief of Aso group, knows that his boss Aso was killed by a Shinjuku Kabukicho outcast group.
So he searches them, and drives them into the corner little by little.
The main character, Ichi, is a member of the outcast group, and is brainwashed by the group leader, Jiji.
Ichi is usually chicken and crybaby, but once he wears the battle suit, he turns to a killer machine that can easily kill the assassins from Kakihara.
This cartoon mainly goes with the two man, Ichi who is having an exclusive sadisms in his body, and Kakihara who is feeling ecstasy that he is been aimed by Ichi, including those two groups.

COMMENT by Shun

The story is about the battle of an armature Yakuza against real Yakuza, but that’s just the surface of this cartoon.
The real point of this cartoon is the extremely violent expression and weird sexual propensity.
For instance, the expression of spread blood and internal organs is just the beginning. The harder ones are the scenes that one tears off of other’s arms by his arms, or one divides other’s dick into two parts… horrible anyways.
Ichi gets ecstasy by homicide while Kakihara loves torturing and being tortured, and let’s get your eyes closer to their relations.
So many gross scenes are all around in the books, but it is exactly like this; “I don’t want to see them but they force my eyes to keep gazing.’
I can’t stop reading…
In short, it is very addicted.
This reminds me that we can’t stop eating the spicy food while we keep saying "this is so hot!"
